These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qasper. By using Qasper, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Qasper provides AI-powered workspace assistance features that may interact with third-party services you choose to connect, including Google services.

Qasper also provides business profile, discovery, booking, inquiry, public chat, MCP, and ChatGPT app or connector features that use Qasper tools and business data.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for your use of Qasper and for maintaining the security of any account you use with the service.

By connecting a third-party account through OAuth or similar authorization methods, you authorize Qasper to access and process the data covered by the permissions you grant, solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality. For Google integrations used by business scheduling, Qasper requests identity and calendar permissions.

If you ask an external assistant such as ChatGPT to use Qasper tools, you authorize Qasper to process the tool inputs you provide and return the requested tool results so the integration can operate.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Qasper for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates the rights of others or any third-party terms that apply to connected services.

4. Third-Party Services

Qasper may rely on third-party platforms and integrations, including Google services. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Qasper is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

5. AI Assistance and User Responsibility

Qasper may provide automated assistance, suggestions, outputs, or actions based on your instructions and connected account permissions.

You are responsible for reviewing and using those outputs appropriately. Qasper does not guarantee that all outputs or actions will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Qasper if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to violations of these Terms.

You may stop using Qasper at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

Qasper and its software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law.

You retain rights to your own content and data, subject to the permissions needed for Qasper to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer

Qasper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qasper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Qasper after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
